The animated version that used to be on Liquid Television was great.

Yeah, one of my favorite things ever. (Though it wasn't on "Liquid Television," it was a show called "Oddities," which also featured a character called "The Head.") Liquid Television was awesome too, of course.
I would love to see more animated Maxx. Live action ... hard to imagine. Sam Kieth's visual style is a big part of what makes the comic. I suppose you could go the Sin City approach and green-screen everything ...

Over here it was packaged on a show called Liquid Television that had Aeon Flux, The Maxx, Dogboy, The Head and a whole bunch of other stuff. It used to be on at about 1:15am.
