I've been familiar with Sienkiewicz's art for a long time, particularly Moon Knight and New Mutants, but I just read Stray Toasters for the first time and it was incredible.

There used to be a member here (from France?) who owned many of Sienkiewicz's Demon Bear pages. I would love an Artist's Edition of his first four New Mutants stories. I'm surprised that Marvel hasn't reprinted them more often.

His Moon Knight run is incredible, and I liked his run on New Mutants as well.

His paintings are my absolute favorite things. I cannot state enough how much I love the way he paints.

Those runs were fabulous. He is the main reason I was interested in New Mutants at all.

Sienkiewicz had a retrospective art book published today. Here's an interview about it:

And here's the book itself:

Ooo, an introduction by Neil Gaiman. I wonder how that coup was accomplished.

The first bit of comic artwork I ever got was a sketch from him.

I'm intrigued enough to ask the following questions - what was the sketch of? Do you still have it?
