As mentioned in the article, Ginger has had some serious health issues for some time.
I hope he and his family get the comfort they will need.
Besides being one of my favorite drummers, he has been a unique and fascinating character.

Unfortunately I was unable to open the ultimate classic rock website due to it being blocked in China. Ginger Baker is one of the pioneers of British jazz, blues rock. I have been a fan of his drums since I was a kid

Of course I love Cream. I distinctly remember when Jimmy bought “Disraeli Gears”. We played it over and over, start to finish, for weeks. We realized EC was a guitar god, Jack Bruce on bass and vocals was great, but even though I knew about Ginger Baker being eccentric I never really got a clear picture of the man or the artist.
A drummer friend of mine said that I really needed to see “Beware Of Mr. Baker”. I haven’t watched it yet because the trailer made me think it was kind of a “hit job” piece. Do you guys feel it is worth watching?
At any rate, his music inspired me and I feel for him and his family at this difficult time.
