Oh I'd definitely be interested in this. I second Beachy's idea about a proper re-release of these shows, though. I haven't seen them since I was maybe fourteen or so and I'd love to watch them again, as dated and silly as I know they'd be.
All I've seen for the US market was a 3-episode single disc.
I picked up and watched the single disc a year or so ago and yes, they are dated and silly, yes, I still quite enjoyed them, and yes, I am content with that amount of Goodie-ness.
The PBS channel in my area in the 1970s showed primarily episodes from Series 5.
Of those, we had three or four episodes that we recorded on VHS tape, so I mostly
know those episodes by heart:
• "The Movies"
• "Kung Fu Kapers"
• "Bunfight at the O.K. Tea Rooms" (my favorite of these)
• "The End"
And they occasionally showed "The Goodies and the Beanstalk" from Series 4.
I would at least like to have nice copies on DVD of those five episodes.
I'd also like a nice collection of the best of Kenny Everett.
