Early info from Rhino is above. Fleetwood Mac completists should feel free to chime in here, but it appears at first glance to be an amalgamation of the two previous expanded editions of Rumours into one 4CD set.

That's how I look at it. If Rhino wants to release these Super Deluxe boxes in a non-vinyl edition a few years down the road, I am all for it. I have skipped a few of these sets because I don't want the vinyl (and especially the price that goes with it.) I already have vintage vinyl of most of these releases, and just want the exclusive tracks on CD.

Um...yeah. I don't think I can buy this again. I think I have all of this material, and if I don't, I'll never know unless I check. If I never check, I die happy.
At least until I read some kind of killer review, and decide I have to have this. Which is what usually happens.
I'm getting a little tired of supporting the recording industry by buying the same stuff over and over. They know my weak spot.

Let the record reflect that the most recent expanded reissue of "Who's Next" was released on March 25, 2003.
That's right--there are people out there right now who are old enough to drive a motor vehicle, yet have never borne witness to an expanded reissue of "Who's Next" during their lifetime.

I remember reading an interview with Pete Townshend discussing a possible 5.1 mix of 'Who's Next'. He said that they only about have half of the multi-tracks. He also stated that if anyone who has them he would gladly make them an offer no questions asked and if I recall he states before we all get too old. I agree with that!

Who's Next ought to be reissued in its proper form, as Lifehouse. If they could reconstruct The Beach Boys' Smile after so many years, they can do the same for The Who.

A crazy low price now at Amazon UK -- it's dropped down to £11.89!
It seems to have disappeared from Amazon UK and USA. The listing now says: Currently unavailable. We don't know when or if this item will be back in stock.
The Amazon Canada still has the listing at CDN$ 47.26
The Amazon UK pre-order price has returned to being £21.99, which is still a good savings compared to the USA price (but not an incredible price as it was for a few days).
