I'm just catching up on Starz, a band I had missed out on growing up. I've found they have four albums from when they originally started and then a reunion album with five new songs. On their website, they offer all of these at $15 each. I also noticed a couple of the Amazon listings for their stuff is on the Starzcentral label (Starzcentral is the name of their website).
Has anybody heard the Starzcentral versions of their albums? I'd love to make the purchase from them directly if the sound and artwork are good.

Saw them twice last week, I can confirm they are a good time party band that sends out good vibes! Nice guys too.
JohnG, their current gigs are what got me thinking of them again. Three separate friends of mine saw them at three different shows and they all said they played and sounded great. They weren't so thrilled with Angel though.

Lead singer Michael Lee Smith from the NJ show last week!
I'm surprised they didn't like Angel, I think the current lineup has really jelled since I saw them a year ago in Brooklyn and Frank still can sing the songs. Punky is still amazing on the guitar. Songs like Can You Feel It, On The Rocks, White Lightning and Don't Leave Me Lonely were all killer. And of course the encore of The Tower.

That chart doesn't reflect sales- it's a reader/fan poll from Circus magazine. Pretty sure they were never sniffing around the top 10 in Billboard. (I'm not putting the band down, just don't want people thinking they were more successful than they actually were. We all know sales doesn't equal quality.)
