Can you still be called a sidekick if you star in your own show?

Saw Teen Titans Go! To The Movies---too much of an okay thing.

I guess I watched the 2003 series. Liked it.

Young Justice was the correct answer.

I don't see the current DC Universe show on there. Or Doom Patrol for that matter (since Cyborg is on it).

This week's Doom Patrol had a pretty cute little reference to the Cartoon Network shows BTW.

Will I appreciate the portrayal of Batgirl if I pick up the Blu-ray discs of Young Justice?

Someone else will need to answer. I don't remember seeing the ones she was in.

I don't think I saw all of the second season they came out with -- when it got non-renewed by Cartoon Network, I was chapped and went into a deep spiral of apathy.

But that Judas Contract thing they did in Season 1 was awesome.

Just because of your prompting, I have ordered both Season 1 and Season 2 to load up before this third season comes out.

I saw that she was in second season "five years later" (which suggested to me that she was possibly being
portrayed as younger than Dick Grayson). There was also a mention of Oracle, so…. I was okay with Babs
as Oracle in the comics (eventually), but if the main focus in this series is just to Killer Joke her, I'm hesitant.

But I am intrigued by the general recommendations given to it by Marcus and Jay.

It is legit good writing -- every bit holding its own in the line of DC animated series like Justice League.

I received my blu-ray of Young Justice and started my rewatch with a couple of episodes last night. It fully holds up. Man, this was on of the best of the DC cartoon series.

I regret my ribbing, as it seems it will impact your Smallville viewing.

Yes, that is on the back burner now, to make room for Young Justice. Thanks, I needed the wake up call on my priorities.

I spent my DVD/Blu-ray budget this month on getting Aquaman.
I'll probably get Young Justice fairly soon. But I've been saying that for quite awhile about Batman Brave and the Bold, too.
