From her website:
"After years of anticipation, the title of Bonnie Tyler’s seventeenth studio album has finally been announced. A release date for the new album – "Between the Earth and the Stars" – is set for spring 2019.
"Fans can expect a collection of brand new songs, duets with Rod Stewart and Francis Rossi, and a brand new version of “It’s a Heartache”. The record is produced by the brilliant David Mackay, who engineered Bonnie’s first two albums. Tyler fueled speculation after announcing that she had been working with Mackay in early 2017. The album launch will be followed by an extensive tour of Germany.
"The album is signed to earMUSIC, a subdivision of Edel AG."

In a short interview before performing “Holding Out for a Hero” and “Total Eclipse of the Heart” live on Good Morning America this morning, Tyler said the album should be out in or around May of 2019.

her out of tune and horrific screaming is bone chilling.
possibly worse than anything meat loaf ever did.
You forgot to insult Paul McCartney and Brian Wilson.
no need to, i can listen to both of them with no problem. in fact wilson and mccartney both have beautiful voices, especially when paired with the right song.
but since you brought it up, i can't stand elvis costello's voice either.

and linda, for the record, i never ever said i did not like paul mccartney's voice. (or wilson's for that matter.)
however, i find his songwriting to be suspect, at best. and his albums, other than 'band on the run' and 'flaming pie', to be overall disasters. i do like 'egypt station', best one in quite a while for sure.
the best deal ever made was when lennon agreed to put mccartney's name on all of his songs.

Well, as you are an ICE Moderator, and think that David Crosby is the greatest musical performer ever, and how dare anyone would ever question that, you must be right.

Pre-order details are now in the first post. The UK release of the CD has been scheduled for March 22nd; the domestic release is coming on April 12th (and the Amazon USA link for that will be active soon).
Here are a couple of videos from the label, one with Bonnie talking about the album and the other a full promo for the song "Hold On":
