Every Marvel baddie must've fought the A-team at least once by this point.

"Other" - The Molecule Man. The issues where they fought him (#215 and #216 in 1981) have left a lasting impression on me. It was amazing to me that these issues are where Thor, Iron-Man and Cap all finally saw each other unmasked and that their secret selves were laid bare. They had nothing to fight with, no powers at all, but still didn't give up. Tigra was amazing in this - the exploration of her fear of the Molecule Man, her efforts to survive and her overwhelming desire to 'avenge the Avengers' (who she believes have been killed by the Molecule Man) were compelling to read. She goes through this hellish nightmare of being a hostage/'pet' to a lunatic with limitless potential and she does so in a believable (to me) and heroic manner. Jim Shooter was a really good writer and Alan Weiss and Dan Green were a first rate penciller/inker team (in my opinion). These are still two of my favourite issues of any superhero comic ever. I'm sure the fact that it was nine year old me reading a comic about a female superhero in a bikini had nothing whatsoever to do with my enjoyment of these issues.

"Other" -- Immortus. Although I suppose he could count as Kang too.

I like Kang, but only because of his snazzy colors.

Kang is winning with 'Other' in a distant second place.
I suppose Kang's the clear choice, but I still think 'Other' could come in first place.
Korvac is another one I thought might get some votes (as 'Other').

Fabian Stankowicz, aka the Mechano-Marauder. It's always nice to see a villain who gets a chance to reform.

Of course he made the most mischief in his Kang identity. There's apparently more Kangs out there than there are Gallifreyan Doctors.

I kinda wanted to vote Kang or Ultron, but Thanos is just close enough to Darkseid to get my vote. That kind of cosmic threat is my favorite for superhero comics...
I love the Kang concept but he kinda seems like an idiot to me for some reason instead of a mastermind. I only ever really liked him in his first appearance by Jack.

As I believe the movie rights to Kang were tied up with the Fantastic Four licensing (because of that Rama Tut connection), I hope that any deals that Marvel makes with rebooting the FF franchise also allows for Kang to be used in a future Marvel movie. And, if Endgame deals with a lot of time-altering as many fan have speculated, it would be nice if THAT maybe puts them on Kang's radar. I'd love to see a nice Avengers vs Kang story on the big screen in two to three years.

I think at least one version of Kang was supposed to have been Nathanial Richards from Earth-6311. Regardless of that name, whether or not he was a descendant of Reed Richards or Dr. Doom was unclear. I think this was supposed to have been the Prime Kang, and, with his various time traveling, he ends up creating divergent copies of himself in other parallel worlds.
Versions of Kang also appeared as Victor Timely, Victor Timely Jr, Victor Timely III, Iron Lad, The Red Centurion, and even Kid Immortus.
Much of the technology developed in the early 20th Century by Timely Industries leads to a lot of the advanced scientific breakthroughs developed by later heroes like Reed Richards. It's a nice touch that Timely leads to this Marvelous Age.
