Today is the day alumni get first crack at booking and I cannot help myself, its just too good a time to pass up so here comes cruise #3 for me! :yay:

Not all the bands have been announced yet and we are waiting for who will be headlining band #3 (last year Marillion, two years ago Kansas) but its not just about the bands, its the experience.

Brand X and Riverside are both a very pleasant surprise this year.
In Continuum is a new supergroup of prog musicians featuring:

Gabriel Agudo - Lead Vocals, Acoustic Guitar
Dave Kerzner - Lead Vocals, Keyboards
John Wesley - Guitar, Vocals
Randy McStine - Guitar, Vocals
Matt Dorsey - Bass, Vocals
Derek Cintron - Drums, Vocals

Also interested who Mike Portnoy brings along, this year it was his new supergroup Sons Of Apollo (who may make a return but no confirm just yet).

Stops in Key West FL and Cozumel Mexico.

2/4/2019 to 2/9/2019.

Big news for me, Fish has been added to the cruise! The original singer of Marillion. Bucket list territory.

It was announced today that Spock's Beard will be on the cruise along with IO Earth. And the David Cross Band!

David Cross (born 23 April 1949 in Turnchapel near Plymouth, England) is an English electric violinist, best known for playing with progressive rock band King Crimson during the 1970s[1] (particularly on Larks' Tongues in Aspic and Starless and Bible Black). He also plays keyboards.[2]

WOW! 'Spock's Beard! And David Cross, oh my yes. He played on so many great King Crimson albums.

Counting down the days to my trip to Italy and then the CTTE in February 2019.

Here is a very cool photo of Steve Hackett and his wife Jo and singer Nad Sylvan enjoying Venice on a gondola ride this past week. Man does he get around! :D

And its not a Cruise To The Edge without the Neal Morse Band!

if Pete Trewavas is a stowaway we could have a Transatlantic reunion on the high seas!

These 3 guys, Billy Sherwood, Goeff Downes and Dave Kerzner as seen at NAMM will also be seen on the Cruise To The Edge. And I have been lucky to meet all 3 on board over the years. Dave for instance has been a hall buddy, his room is just down from us. Looking forward to more good times!
