On April 27 1978, after their self-titled debut album had spent a year in the US Top 20, rock's conquering heroes played a sold-out show at London's legendary music venue, the Rainbow Theatre. Opening with 'Long, Long Way From Home', the band's legion of fans were treated to a magnificent display of musicianship and performance, including local hit singles, 'Feels Like The First Time' and 'Cold As Ice', as well as an exclusive preview of two tracks from the upcoming 'Double Vision' album.

I would love to see a combo dvd or blu ray with a cd. Does anybody know if this will be the case?

I can vouch for this show (and I'm biased as I love the first album and original lineup of this band). I heard a 50 min broadcast of this either on the King Biscuit Flower Hour or BBC Rock Hour and this show exceeded my expectations on every level. They played a mesmerizing "Starrider" (over 12 mins worth) and a rousing, extended, much heavier version of "Headknocker" (11 mins +) that closed the set as an encore and made me a fan to this day. To be honest, I thought the studio version of "Headknocker" was one of my least favorite songs on that entire album so they fully transformed that song on stage imo.

Also, I'd like to note that this does appear on Wolfgang's vault and is nearly 50 mins long so both the broadcast and this version do not include certain songs featured in this 2019 release.

So, while I'm excited for this release, to have it not appear in an audio format would temper that a bit.
