The original listing for the domestic (non-deluxe) CD of 40 was pulled, and all orders were supposed to be switched to the listing above ... which should be a real, manufactured CD, not a CD-R.

What a mess Surfdog made of this. That notation wasn't there as recently as last week's release date.

At this point the best suggestion would be to return the CD-R to Amazon (you ordered a real CD) and get the UK-pressed Deluxe Edition instead:

I have ordered from Barnes & Noble and will report back. I had the same thing happen with the Ugly Dolls soundtrack from Amazon when the pressed CD was readily available elsewhere. Do not like this trend at all.
