Appears to be "complete A's & B's" on Atlantic for this time period...

I count 50 more sides (25 singles) left on Atlantic to finish this series, could it be a future 3-CD set?

Every artist should have a complete A's & B's comp, oh yeah...

I almost picked up a $7.00 Franklin comp of Atlantic material when I was out shopping over the weekend, but for a few bucks more this looks much nicer.

Sound quality on this set is great.

I wonder if they used single mixes -- some of the tracks have a crispness to them that I've never heard before.

The word on the street is that the CD may have used the vinyl master prepared by Kevin Gray.

I don't care where it was sourced from, it sounds great to me and was a revelation!

I feel like even though I re-bought many of these tracks with this collection, I got new takes on them.

Some mono mixes can be very interesting to hear.

If "the street" is a site with numerous armchair engineers, take it with a grain of salt. The set sounds fantastic, I am adding it to the next on-line order.
