Beatlefan magazine is reporting that Wild Life and Red Rose Speedway have been chosen as the next two titles in the Paul McCartney Archive Collection series of expanded remasters, due out this fall in time for the Christmas shopping season.

I think this re-release program is taking longer than time between the original releases. However, I have been looking forward to these.

Great news. Red Rose Speedway is a favorite, and there should be a lot of tracks for the bonus disc, considering the b-sides and tracks that would have been on the album had it been a double as originally planned.
Wild Life is welcome too. A fun album that is better than it's reputation.

These are the 2 I have been waiting for,
Red Rose Speedway also had a TV special - I'd like to see that one come out too. I also like Wild Life.
If they do the box sets like before - I will get both.

Great news! Now if we can get London Town and Back to the Egg before 2022, I'll be stoked...

I was curious to see if he was going to put these out. In Philip Norman's recent McCartney biography, he mentioned how disappointed Paul was in these albums and that he'd seemingly disowned them. Red Rose Speedway is one of my personal favorites; Big Barn Bed, When The Night and Loup (1st Indian On The Moon) are underrated gems.

Wild Life is actually my favorite post-Beatles Paul, so I'm really looking forward to this. Red Rose Speedway is full of goodness too, so I'm in for both.

Any album with the mighty Rockestra can't be all bad (actually, Back To The Egg is not bad at all. Bring it on!)
