I liked the movies well enough, and the 1970s TV series. I've never been much of a Hulk fan, however. I'm going to go with those 1960s cartoons, though, since because they're fun.

Hulk will be back the Government official that is now running the Avengers, against their will, drove Hulk off.
what
It's kind of like Gyrich from the comics. It was decided that the Avengers needed government oversight and the official targeted the Hulk be used he felt he was too dangerous. The Avengers would save lives and this guy wouldn't care. So, Hulk felt he was hurting the team and left. "Gyrich" had a plan to bring in the Red Hulk anyway. I record this cartoon be used in seem to watch anything with the Avengers in it.
I missed the vote when it was posted, but I went with Planet Hulk. The Bill and Lou show is terrible, only nostalgia and the absence of anything else superhero related on TV at the time could warrant it being "best", IMO.

It did have one thing going for it, which was that a media-adaptation actually improved a superhero origin for the first time ever. The whole thing with Banner's wife dying and his obsession with why he couldn't lift the car to save her when other people managed superhuman strength in times of need (such as a grandma lifting a car off a boy or some such) was incredibly powerful and also made a lot of sense in terms of how and why Banner transforms into the Hulk.
I love Stan and Jack, but the whole, "Good lord, choke -- an A-bomb!" origin wasn't their finest hour... thought the irony of a WMD-designer turning to a living WMD by his own creation has a little something potent to it.
