This in an impossibly tough thread for me - so much of my youth was spent with the DC team books. I went with Titans, mainly because I liked the character dynamics so much, and in revisiting the legion, the soap opera-ness of it all can be a little hard to take.
Having said that, you could probably do polls by creative team under most of these titles, and get people splitting their votes even further
Titans (Cardy, Wolfman / Perez)
JLA (Fox/Sekowsky, the Dillin years, Morrison)
JSA (Fox, Johns)
LSH (Shooter, Levitz, Waid)
and then add:
Thomas / Ordway on All-Star Squadron
Ostrander on Suicide Squad
Aparo on Outsiders
Kirby on Challengers
and that's some great runs.

Legion, despite the Giffen era. Apart from that, I loved nearly everything I read. Giffen's was just ugly, dark, and cynical. I loathed it. Not the Levitz/Giffen stuff; I mean when he takes it all on himself.

I chose the Justice League (of America ... from the Silver Age) and for me the JSA were occasional supporting characters in the JLA series, so I don't really think of them as a separate entity.

JLA... Superman is my favorite and when you give him a bunch of sidekicks, he’s even better.
But part of me wanted to vote for the New Teen Titans.
