If you are talking about the boxes that were released in 2011 and/or 2013, you won't find one of those cheap anywhere. Maybe you will get lucky and find a used one for ~$300 but I would suspect finding one still sealed for less than $400 will be impossible. If you do magically find a sealed one for something like $200 it's a guaranteed lock that it's a counterfeit.
One used copy currently on ebay. I've ordered from many Japanese sellers and have found that the Japanese are super anal when grading. When they say near mint, chances are 95% that it will appear to be brand new. Unlike a##hole sellers in the USA where they say something is near mint but that really means it's very good- or good+.

The price that CD Japan had on the 2013 version was $142 (page is still there), so if it gets issued again in a year or two the price will likely be right around $150. And it's The Eagles, so there is a pretty decent chance this one will get printed again.
