The Best Jim Carrey movie? - The Mask. Basically Carrey's id on film, and animated. If you think the animation reduces it's viability, I'd also accept AV: PD But both were basically vehicles for Carrey the way BHC was a vehicle for Eddie Murphy
The Best movie with Jim Carrey - The Truman Show. This was the movie that showed there was an opportunity for him to become a real actor. The opportunity passed, but it's still the best piece of work that has him in it.

My favorite is actually the sequel to Ace Ventura. When Nature Calls, just hilarious.
