Description
In the summer of 2016, Jeff Beck celebrated 50 years of his musical career with a special concert at the famous Hollywood Bowl. The setlist reached back to his first recordings with The Yardbirds in 1966 and came right up to date with tracks from his most recent album “Loud Hailer.” As the evening progressed he was joined by many of the great musicians he has collaborated with over the years including Billy F. Gibbons, Buddy Guy, Jimmy Hall, Jan Hammer, Beth Hart and Steven Tyler. The show climaxed with the guests all joining forces for an exhilarating encore performance of “Purple Rain” in tribute to Prince, who had passed away a couple of months before the concert.

Was real lucky to get to see Jeff Beck up close when he played the Paramount on LI 2 years ago. I was literally just a few feet away from him, none of the usual really tight security that place has normally.

I've got to have this. Only bitch is Eagle almost never goes higher than 48/24 & tends to have a heavy hand on the compressor. I wish it was on a different label. (Sorry I can't remember her name), but I hope the Female Australian bass player is on this.

The price will surely drop, but $15 for one video and two audio discs? You'll have to wait for Amazon's third party sellers to get it down that far (assuming it doesn't become an out of print collectable first).

This looks like one I may have to get, as well. I've got every other official release of Jeff's so I sort of feel like I should get this as well. Interesting 'upside down headstock' Strat he's playing in that clip, too.

Apparently their is going to be a blu-ray only at $17.99.

Does anyone know if it will include all songs?

That's an import, and we should not necessarily trust it to play properly in the USA although it's allegedly "All Regions".

I'm region free on blu-ray. If anyone does get a track listing for that edition, I'd appreciate it!
