CRACKED ACTOR - LIVE LOS ANGELES '74 LIMITED EDITION 2 CD DIGIPAK Originally released as a triple vinyl album for this year’s Record Store Day Cracked Actor - Live In Los Angeles will be available as limited edition 2CD digipak with a twelve page booklet featuring notes from the original LA Amphitheatre show programme and a contemporary piece about the LA ‘Philly Dogs’ shows from Rolling Stone's Richard Cromelin dated 10th October, 1974. Neither of these was featured in the vinyl package.

This was released as a pretty high quality bootleg in 1990 called "Strange Fascination". I would assume this official version would be even better.

There have been numerous boot releases of this show; including one pretending to be on RCA Europe.

I've heard the vinyl; it's a bit of an upgrade.

Far as I know the only hi-res version is a needle drop that's been circulating.

They just released the hi-res version tonight (at least 1st USA release). Wonder how compressed it is or isn't (the cd is said to be a mediocre DR9). It's quite pricy at $28 - the usual 15% off sale.
