If you're not nice
This box was originally going to be available only in the UK from the label itself with insanely high shipping charges. Now they've signed a global distribution deal with Caroline International, so it can be obtained everywhere through Amazon.
In the first post, the Amazon UK pre-order link is already active and it's probably best to order directly from them to guarantee one of the 1,000 copies in the first edition. (The Amazon USA and Amazon Canada links are working, but their listing pages for the box have yet to be updated from their current "import" descriptions.)

Glad to see this occur, the mailing charges were of complaint by many interested potential buyers.
But still way to expensive for the quality of music being presented. Don't get me wrong, good stuff offered but no holy grails for instance unreleased fully realized Traffic tracks and such.
This set will be reduced (and I believe significantly) as time marches forward.
In the meantime "Vulcan" is a very good appetizer. I do enjoy this disc.

They should offer two versions of these bloody boxes. 1 for people who love vinyl, scarves, marbles etc..... & 1 for people who hate vinyl and just want the music on CD without all the bullshit.
I'm a fan of the latter
Hey, catch you guys in a few weeks. Off on a cruise in South East Asia on an American Cruise Liner. Got my US$ and money ready for tips....sigh

Ordered this from UK. It shipped several weeks ago but I still haven't received it. It was supposed to be here a week ago.
Kid, when you had enough time to evaluate let us know.
Chris Wood was the one (musician) individual which really distinguished the music and group who he played with. Would the great classic "John Barleycorn Must Die" be even near as great w/o Chris? No way.

I have had similar problems with orders from UK merchants lately. I was tempted to order the Floyd box, but I have 4 packages from Amazon UK long past due and that still haven't arrived. Also an order from Night Owl Records that supposedly shipped 4 weeks ago.

Rick, I received this today. I'll give a write up when I've listened. It's a very nice looking set.
