Description
Canadian jazz rockers’ three albums for RCA, dating from 1969 and 1970. At one time, Lighthouse boasted 13 members, playing very much their own brand of music and subsequently paving the way for acts such as Blood, Sweat & Tears and Chicago. They disbanded in 1976 but reformed in 1982 as a 10 piece, and continue to gig and occasionally record. Digitally remastered and slipcased. Extensive new notes.

for the right price this could be a very nice pick up.

These have already been released via Japan and they sound great, I wish some label would be allowed to do legit versions of Can You Feel It and Thoughts of Moving On. There must be legal issues as One Fine Morning has been done a couple times but not the two I mentioned.

'one fine morning', that is available now, has a different cover.

and i am not sure about this, but i don't think "one fine morning" has ever had a U.S. release.

Bump: The new BGO threefer set has been pushed back to April 14th.

I'm pretty sure there were two covers for One Fine Morning.
Not sure what Evolution Records in the US used but the GRT Canada cover was completely different from the UK release.
The Canadian cover was really colorful and psychedelic with a face in the background.
The UK cover was, I believe, a Roger Dean creation of an organic looking tower, like a tall mushroom.
A variation of that cover was used for the Canada only Best of Lighthouse release in 1974.

There were two covers, both have made it to the CD releases, the Repertoire used the Europe cover, the Japan used the one we knew here in Canada.
