Description
Something of a hard rock supergroup, at various times Nightwing featured former members of Strife, Nutz, Trapeze, Budgie and other renowned bands. Originally issued in 1983, their classic third album makes its long-awaited return to CD here. Featuring singer Max Bacon (later of GTR), it's a classy collection of melodic hard rock, and is presented together with background notes and images.

I've always been a Nightwing fan.

Did the label do any other of their albums?

I must get these.

Something In The Air and My Kingdom Come are hopefully next.

I had the Zoom Club remasters years ago and sold them each for about $50-$60.

I'd like to get them all again.

This was a poor man's Deep Purple/Uriah Heep but they had some good material and players.

Somehow, Crosby, Stills & Nash were involved on Something In The Air and Steve Hackett on My Kingdom Come (with Roger Dean cover), and Hackett produced a song on that album. Max Bacon then became singer for GTR.

Didn't realize Max Bacon was in Nightwing. Just last week I was watching the MTV "The Making of GTR" that I recorded way back when. Max sure can hit those high notes.
