Description
Wipers were a punk rock group formed in Portland, Oregon in 1977 by guitarist Greg Sage, with Sam Henry on drums and Dave Koupal on bass. The group's tight song structure and use of heavy distortion were hailed as very influential by many critics and musicians alike. Wipers are considered the first Pacific Northwest punk band. Follow Blind and Circle are the fifth and sixth studio albums by Wipers. They were released in 1987 and 1988, respectively, by Restless Records.

The Circle is a fantastic record. If you are into heavier alternative stuff then it's well worth your time to give this one a listen.
