“Keepin' The Horse Between Me And The Ground” was produced and written by Seasick Steve and has Steve in the saddle and holding the reins. It's a good ol' Seasick mix of boogie, blues, rock, americana, folk-music.

The album comes as a 2 disc set packaged in a jewel case. CD2 is a 10 track acoustic CD of mainly original tracks but includes Steve’s exquisite version of “Gentle On My Mind".
