i cannot believe that the archies had 5 albums, i never ever would have thought it was that many, 2 at most.

I am very enthused about this; I own all five on vinyl, but will pick them up again on CD just to support the release. I'm a big fan of Ron Dante, the lead vocalist for the Archies (his vocal work on the first Cuff Links album Tracy makes it one of my favorite albums). Dante was one of the few people to have two songs in the top forty at the same time--"Sugar Sugar" by the Archies and "Tracy" by the Cuff Links--without being credited for either.

Too bad they didn't throw in the non-LP single "Who's Your Baby?" as a bonus track. It was their fourth and final Top 40 single peaking at #40.

I never noticed before that the image on their sweatshirts on the cover of "Everything's Archie," is the same one used on the cover of the first album.

Love the product shot. I pre-ordered this weeks ago, but have been checking Amazon to see if any other pics were posted. Thanks for posting this.

I'm not an audiophile, and have no use for a lot of the the technical reviews I come upon. I just know what I hear and like, and to me this sounds (not surprisingly) sourced from vinyl and not pleasing to my ears.
