Or just hire Tom Welling or Dean Cain, and have him appear, unnamed, in a Clark Kent cameo.
Kind of like Uncle Walt did in the Thor comic book.

Claremont and Byrne did that in X-Men as well.

All joking aside, the most logical thing seems to do what the comics did in the 70s -- Superman & Spider-Man.

But I'm not sure that's what would happen in 2016. I guess the popular thing to do would be Spider-Man, Captain America or Iron Man meeting Batman.

The Agents of SHIELD should do an episode where they investigate a parade in Rutland, Vermont.
Tie it in with a Supergirl/Flash cross over.

Since Marvel strength and power limits adjusts for opponents, Batman would be evenly matched with Cap or Spidey.

Yeah, it's really weird. Sometimes he's just a few steps above human-level guys like Batroc or an elevator full of SHIELD agents and sometimes he's bicep curling helicopters and doing more damage than Thor when fighting Iron Man.
