Not a particular fan of Blake's 7 so I never listened to them, but Big Finish (who does the Doctor Who audios) also did a couple dozen B7's including some with Thomas.
Wouldn't be surprised if the above picture is one of the cast photos from Big Finish.

Ah, this is a terrible loss. Blake's 7 is one of my favourite UK science fiction shows of all time. It was brilliant, especially when you consider the tiny budget they had.
