Description
"Free Lancing" is an album by American jazz guitarist James Blood Ulmer. He is an American jazz, free funk, blues guitarist and singer. His guitar sound is best described as jagged and stinging. He has an amazing raggedly soulful voice. This was recorded in 1981 and was his first of 3 albums that were recorded on a major record label, Columbia Records. You are sure to enjoy this precise technical masterpiece.
