This is true

For sale F Zappa home and this includes the Utility Muffin Research Kitchen - that is his recording studio. Not included is the contents of the vault - for me a deal breaker - but for anyone interested it could be yours for a mere Nine Million Dollars.

No - but I used to chat from time to time with Gail from time to time and I told her if I hit Power Ball I'd be calling her about financing some releases like the Waterbury shows from 72,73,74 & 75. Alas that never happened.
