Description
In 2002, Rich Robinson went into the studio with the help of some friends and make a solo record. That's where Paper began. He had Joe Magistro, Eddie Harsch, Donnie Heron, and Antoine Silverman conducting the strings. They went into Globe Studios in New York's meat packing district and knocked it out.

The Crowes got back together in 2005 and the record went on the shelf during that time. The Crowes stayed busy for a solid 5 years. In 2012, hurricane Sandy pounded New Jersey where Robinson stored all of his gear and the 2" master tapes for Paper. Pretty much everything was destroyed. Luckily a friend was able to restore the tapes.

Once that restoration work was completed, Robinson decided that he wanted to completely re-approach this album. They took the tapes and Robinson sang all new vocals, changed the sequencing, as well as remixing and remastering the album. So here is the newly redone Paper.

Llama Blues EP

Description
Originally released on December 5th, 2011, Llama Blues was released as a companion EP to Through A Crooked Sun. At independent record stores and at live performances, Robinson made available a four-song EP. Intended as a companion to the full-length album, Llama Blues featured blues-based tracks similar in sound to the full LP's final track, "Fire Around."
