I'm listening to Odessey and Oracle by the Zombies pretty much nonstop since seeing them do it live last week.

The song "Friends Of Mine" is notable for naming couples that the band were close to around that time in 1967.

One of the couples from the song, Jean & Jim, is still together. Jim is Rod Argent's cousin, Jim Rodford, who was a founding member of Argent, and later the bass player for the Kinks. He's been the touring bassist for the Zombies since 1999.

The song was written by classic Zombies bassist Chris White.

That got me thinking - are there any other songs where a future member of the group is mentioned, either by name or by implication?
