Slow-cooked pork shoulder (butt) pulled apart after it is done.

Slather it on a bun with some slaw and mmm yummy!

Reminds me of my father and I spending a day at his smoker, cooking two pork butts, two whole chickens, a dozen racks of ribs... and devouring much beer.
