I just discovered this a couple weeks ago, though it came out in 2007. Been playing it constantly in the car. Imo, it's the 2nd best album of his career (a pretty major statement!) after Blue River. It's a band album, definitely wouldn't call it folk; not sure if "soft rock" fits either; but it's really really good.
