Sure, you've seen all six of the Star Wars movies to date — but have you seen all six of the Star Wars movies to date at the same time?

Filmmaker Marcus Rosentrater has created the ultimate supercut of George Lucas's space opera, running each of the six movies — Star Wars, The Empire Strikes Back, Return of the Jedi, Star Wars: Episode I — The Phantom Menace, Star Wars: Episode II — Attack of the Clones and Star Wars: Episode III: Revenge of the Sith — onscreen simultaneously, with the effect being one that's overwhelming, transformative and oddly compelling.

The full run-time of what Rosentrater is calling Star Wars Wars is 142 minutes, which is likely far more than the average viewer could handle. It's worth skipping ahead to the 1 hour 36 minute mark, however, to see the attack on the original Death Star unfold even as the Rebels are attacking the Imperial base on Endor, Han is about to be frozen in Carbonite and all manner of things are happening in the prequels.

Better yet, watch the opening of the video to see how the opening credits for the movies — which, in most fans' minds, are exactly identical across the series — differ in timing and scale. Who would've expecting the pace of John Williams's score would be just that little bit different in each movie?
