Of the Marvel Comics movies based on their characters who is your favorite and why. I am opening it up to include only characters or teams that have more than one film based on them (technically Wolverine fits into this). Also any studio made movie based on these characters not just those produced by Marvel Studios.

Captain America. I like those movies best out of all the stuff I've seen.

4 of the 5 X-Men movies have been great,so in terms of numbers it wins.

Iron Man.
I think his individual movies have been the strongest, and he has been the core of the Avengers films.
The same could be said of Cap, but the point of the poll is to choose -- it's clearly between those two, in my view. And this version of Cap just doesn't resonate with me like RDJR's Tony Stark and Iron Man.

Iron Man. My favourite superheroes are self-made, without superpowers.

Cap is the real deal, while I like Iron Man less and less, specially after Age of Ultron.

The same could be said of Cap, but the point of the poll is to choose -- it's clearly between those two, in my view. And this version of Cap just doesn't resonate with me like RDJR's Tony Stark and Iron Man. It's like we have the same brain.

Honestly though, I haven't liked Iron Man as much here as I have liked him in the early Marvel Comics. I have liked Captain America more here than in the comics. And all of the X-Men movies irritate me on a fundamental level because I still want the original X-Men team to be the base from which the rest of it grew. Thor hasn't interested me very much, but Loki has been outstanding. Loki is probably the single greatest Marvel Movie character.

But, Loki doesn't have quite enough quantity to be a fair participant. No solo movie, much less multiple solos. Villain in two Thors and Avengers. But in terms of character and performance, none better.

If X-Men is eligible, then X-Men it is.
