I doubt that any of the tracks will have Dan Peek and since the album is mentioned on the America website, it would appear to be legit. It's certainly a quiet release.

something not right there.
linda??????
It's been up as an MP3 pre-order for a while, but a CD just appeared at Amazon today. It's possible that demand forced them to make a physical pressing.

I just saw America last week in Peekskill and they had this CD out in the merch section for sale. It was originally only sold at shows. Now it's out for general release. BTW, they sound the best I've ever heard them.

still listed as temporarily out of stock.......something is going on here, not sure what.
Well, what's going on is that Amazon wasn't serviced with enough (or any) inventory on the release date. That could be because America is being lax, or it could be that the general release date has been pushed back.
If the CD is still orderable -- and if we click through the link in the first post, we see that it currently is orderable -- then Amazon is expecting to have it in stock sooner or later.

Who, me?
My copy arrived from Amazon last week, so this is back in stock.
It's better than I was expecting. The songwriting is strong and the recording quality is good. The songs are on the more mellow end of even America's range, but it's a nice listen.

Still listed on Amazon as "temporarily out of stock" and CD Baby as well has it as "back ordered." They really don't seem to get that there is still a market for physical product, do they? Also rather bizarre they aren't selling it through their official website store...

Well, Greg above ordered it and then received it from Amazon. Weird how it's listed on both their official website and Facebook page with links to Amazon (and in the Facebook thread, there are a number of comments from people who really want a physical CD, given that this was originally a download only). Since they apparently sell this at their shows — again, weird it's not in their web shop — I guess we could ask anyone here who is going to see them live if they could possibly be so kind and pick up some copies for those of us who haven't managed to get one so far.
