Description
Jim Croce was a supremely gifted singer-songwriter who, in the space of little more than a couple of years, released three big-selling albums. Tragically his life was cut short by a plane crash in September 1973 when was just 30 years old and at the peak of his career. He left behind a small but important body of work that sounds as fresh and vibrant now as when it was recorded. There’s genuine character, warmth, and sincerity in these songs. His best loved songs are all included on this 2CD set including ‘Time In A Bottle’, ‘Operator’ and ‘I’ll Have To Say I Love You In A Song’.

Well I have to confess , I am truly underwhelmed by yet another cash run without anything screaming out " Buy me , I have an alternate take , outtake , a new demo ) absolutely nothing that hasn't been reissued 37 times before . YAWN

Totally unnecessary. There was a better 2 CD reissue not that long ago.
