I really like the current line-up of Styx. Cyclorama, Big Bang Theory, and even One With Everything were all enjoyable albums. Still, they've got to stop going to that same old well and releasing live albums with mostly the same songs. Even the albums I listed had some form of self-covers on them. How about something all-new and fresh? I'm sure there's no financial incentive to create something new, but I think it would re-energize them and would be an instant purchase for me and I'm sure at least a few others. I'll skip this one.

Agreed Jim.
This is a powerful, dynamic lineup...but ENOUGH of the live material.
They are too talented not to at least give it a go in the studio one more time.
But the cash cow of tours and live releases is too easy.

I think we've seen STYX 4 or 5 times in Vegas (including this show) and Chuck ALWAYS seems to show up. Good for him! Always an extra thrill when he's out there.

Well, it only took Eagle a year, but the DVD and Blu-ray editions are finally on the schedule and can now be pre-ordered from the links in the first post.
