Bump: I've added the Amazon links to Louie's post above. There is a 2CD set and a 2DVD set (but no edition which includes audio and video in one package).

Doesn't matter - it's two more purchases... Vai had a killer band on this tour. Dave Weiner is a monster guitar player.
