I can, it was Keep it Simple in 2008, though I thought Down the Road (2002), What's Wrong with this Picture and Magic Time (2005) were all pretty good. Sure, they would have all benefitted from a little trimming
The last one that I thought was excellent was Back on Top back in 1999...

I think this version of Real Real Gone is real real good. Buble, I can take or leave, but the arrangement and Van's vocals come across nicely. As a Morrison completest, I pre-ordered. I'm intrigued by a few of the guests. Cool cover, too.

i used to be a morrison completist too, but the last few were just so bland, felt like morrison just phoned them in. i quit a couple of albums ago.

Same here. I went off him sometime in the late '90s or early '00s. The blandness factor for me crept in a lot earlier than it did for you.
