Alabama Shakes’ Sound & Color is the follow-up to the band's Gold-certified debut album, Boys & Girls, which earned the group three GRAMMY nominations, including a nod for Best New Artist.

Got around to watching SNL tonight off the DVR. This band SMOKES. If the rest of this disc is anything like the 2 cuts they played on SNL, it will be THE album of the year. Can't wait.

I got one of those pre-release CD singles at 'Rama with the $2-off coupon inside. Tracks: "Don't Wanna Fight" and "Always Alright" (live).

Jimbo, on the Always Alright track, is it edited? There's a part where she drops the F-bomb in the album version of the song. On the broadcast of the Live From The Artists Den, I couldn't tell if they dropped the audio or if she self-edited herself. Is the track on the CD single edited or not? It's just a little bit before the end before she starts going into the "We're always alright."
