Well, I finally bought this DVD set. It has the entire live action series, some interviews, and an episode of Freedom Force on it. MUCH of the series does not hold up, as the actions are VERY 70ish (it took place in 1976). Joanna Cameron was a gorgeous woman. Her voice is very much like Yvonne Craig. Between the first and second season, her hair as Isis went from really long (almost waist long) to fairly short, thick and curly. In both cases, it was obviously a wig. Her lipstick as Andrea Thomas made her lips actually look different then they did as Isis in the first season, and then they switched that too. She looked more like the same person in both identities. I really enjoyed the series. http://www.amazon.com/dp/B000QQDEZG/?tag=imwan-20

WOW MARK! That is a trip down memory lane!!! I totally dug her! I thought she was so cute and sexy! I also have really fond ( and I mean REALLY REALLY fond) memories of another show with Dedrie Hall in it ( maybe one of her first roles)...A show called "Electra Woman and Dyna Girl"Dedrie Hall is still a gorgeous woman, she went on to star in a soap called "days of our lives" and is still in it I think! ohhhhhhhhh memories. Youth, women in tights, and warm fuzzy tinglies!

Deirdre Hall went on to Days of Our Lives, then did a series called Our House for a year or two (with Wilford Brimley (the diabetes supplies guy)), then came back to Days. BEAUTIFUL woman.

Oh thats right! I do remember "our house". Its too bad that that didn't catch on. Hmmm. I liked that show and thought it would be a hit for sure. Yeah shes still on the soap. I don't watch it but I stumble by it from time to time as I'm flippin through the channels in the day. She is....astonishingly cute. Almost in a scary way! haha!

Same here. SOMETIMES, I am home, and I catch it while flicking through channels.
I think my impression of her is very similar to yours.

On YouTube, there's the very depressing Electra-Woman revival starring Markie Post - re-imagined as an "adult" comedy.
Love Markie Post, but I'm very glad for her this was not picked up.

I remember the Isis show just a little bit. Looking back, those live Saturday morning shows (and most of the cartoons, for that matter) do not tend to hold up well. I guess it's remarkable that they were able to make anything at all with the budgets they must have had.

She has that in common with Heather North, the 1970s and 1980s voice of Daphne. Except that Heather North appeared on "Days" much earlier, from 1967-1971. I still think she was a ringer for her cartoon character.

They have an interview with Joanna Pang, the young lady that played Cindy. She was watching it before the interview, and commented how well she thought it held up. I'm not so sure I can agree with her. As the shows progressed, they were a bit better, but they were definitely meant for the 70s.

I loved this show as a kid - it used to be on in in a block every Saturday morning with the live-action Shazam, Ark II, The Kids from C.A.P.E.R, and the Larry Storch/ Forrest Tucker Ghostbusters.
