I haven't heard anything about a domestic release for this album so I preordered it from Amazon UK. I hope this isn't one of those instances where I get the import and then an expanded US edition comes out a few months later.

Thanks for the info. I think I'll stick with my AmazWAN UK order, though, since the price is the same and Amazon removes the VAT (almost 17%) from the price before shipping it to the US. Good to know that there's no US release imminent but hopefully he gets a deal soon and tours here.

Just got my CD today. Hoping to give it a spin at work tomorrow. I've avoided listening to individual songs so I could hear it in its entirety. I'll play that making-of video after I hear the album. Thanks for posting it, Linda.
