Beetlejuice defines his manic way of acting but the new one Birdman is his tour de force.

Beetlejuice is at the top of my list of movies that I'll settle on any time I come upon it while channel surfing. Keaton's performance is phenomenal.

I remember enjoying Nightshift. I was probably the right age for it when it came out.
I can't really imagine that it actually is a good movie.

I'd tell you which one I voted for, but it's already been said twice in this thread, and I'm afraid of what might happen.

I only voted Batman because I have not seen Birdman yet. Haven't seen night shift in decades but I have no idea how it would even hold up at this point.

No love for Mr Mom? An era definig film (at the time with Terri Garr). I got a VHS copy via McDonalds way back when during some promotion.

Johnny Dangerously!

This is also the answer to the question: What's the other movie featuring Michael Keaton and Danny DeVito?

Clean and Sober. I picked the last voting option due to that.

I like how in "Birdman," Keaton's Birdman voice sounds more like Beetlejuice than Batman.

I remember visiting relatives in NJ for a weekend (my wife's side of the family) and the highlight of one evening was renting Johnny Dangerously and enjoying Keaton and the great lines. Now I have to revisit the movie (haven't seen it in years).

Totally forgot about Johnny Dangerously as I haven't seen it in ages, but did really love it as a kid. I went with Jackie Brown since I love the movie as a whole. I did almost go with Mr Mom now that I am a parent. So many moments have hit home that I find myself quoting that movie more than others.

I haven't seen Birdman yet...yet.

He has a number of good films. I don't really think of him as "Batman" because (it seems) he got out of that franchise at exactly the right time.

Birdman is probably his best performance and film but (like Bill Murray) he has a number of less weighty but very charming performances that might be undervalued by arty types like me.

Pacific Heights was a solid popular thriller where he gets to play the psycho. I use that movie as an example of what can go wrong when I'm on a landlord/tenant dispute.

The Paper - I loved this when it came out, and Keaton is perfectly cast in it. I think it's a little gem - but I'm a sucker for stories which give the inside scoop on what it's like to work in specific environments

Ah. Well... I attended Juilliard... I'm a graduate of the Harvard business school. I travel quite extensively. I lived through the Black Plague and had a pretty good time during that. I've seen the EXORCIST ABOUT A HUNDRED AND SIXTY-SEVEN TIMES, AND IT KEEPS GETTING FUNNIER EVERY SINGLE TIME I SEE IT... NOT TO MENTION THE FACT THAT YOU'RE TALKING TO A DEAD GUY... NOW WHAT DO YOU THINK? You think I'm qualified? :)
