The live double album above is actually the third release in the Phil Seymour Archive Series. The previous two releases were on the Fuel 2000 label, and were definitive, uber-expanded editions of Phil's two solo studio albums with everything that could be found in the vaults:

Phil Seymour is part duo of the Dwight Twilley Band during their heyday. The first solo album is a true power pop classic. Infectous, full of energy and great singing. His single "Precious to Me", when provided to a co-worker enabled me to score a date with one of the most beautiful redhead girls I ever had met (and no, I didn't know Linda then).
One great of the many memories that I have from my California days was seeing 20/20 at Madame Wong's in Santa Monica and Steve Allen announces that their is a special guest and on the stage comes Phil Seymour to sing both back-up and lead WOW!. I totally freaked, one of the best shows I ever saw.

Two different shows with two different bands. The first cd has a lot material that I have never heard prior to this release. The second cd has live versions of songs from the first album. I saw Phil live and the music brings back great memories.

I jealous Mike that you saw Phil Seymour live. As my earlier post mentioned he came on for some tracks with 20/20 but really would have loved to see him on his own. Where did you see him?
