Any trades you wish existed that aren't currently being produced?

I have two I can think of right now that would be expanded versions of books that already exist --

Image Image

I'd love to see oversized deluxe hardcovers of these book ideas -- one collected the most memorable and key Superman family stories of the Silver Age and the other collected ALL of the imaginary stories of the Weisinger era. The Silver Age one would also have a large cover gallery of the best covers and maybe a few essays by the likes of Mark Waid and Alex Ross on the era.

Atari Force. It was a fun short run but I still have it, they could even collect the comics that came with the video games and the Star Raiders GN with it. :ohyes:

I'd like an Alpha Flight omnibus.

Full-color trades of the old Gold Key ghost story comics. Those were fun.

I'd buy a chronological by publication date Mort Weisinger Superman mythos line (including Supergirl, Superboy, Lois & Jimmy, etc.), especially if they in the current Carl Barks library format. I love that stuff.

Well, thanks for the heads up! The "Boris Karloff" series isn't really what I had in mind, but if they're trading that I need to look and see whether "Ripley's Believe it or Not True Ghost Stories" or some of the others are available now.

I'd like a couple All Star Squadron omnibi...they've only done the 1 Showcase volume so far, AFAIK.

I'd love a full collection of all the RED CIRCLE stuff from the 80's.

The one I've been most wishing for is finally happening next year. Transmetropolitan is being collected in Omnibus format. :D

I would love to have a collection of those DC imaginary stories too.

I'd be happy with another Showcase edition to complete the run. Those stories work well in black and white, IMO. Far more than superhero shenanigans.

I'd like to see the Hulk Visionaries TPBs continue into the Gary Frank-drawn issues.
