Forty-three minute set from Paris in 1969! Apart from a single tune with Barney Kessel and Kenny Burrell, this is it to date.

Nice! Posted by a private collector, perhaps... looks/sounds good enough that it could be cleaned up sufficiently for a commercial release.

For now, the "full" video is available for sale as a download.

Are we the only 3 classic jazz fans here?

No.
Although I must admit I didn't realize Grant Green footage was unavailable.

But what do you mean by "classic" jazz?
Anything before 1970?

The video reminds me of some of those from the Jazz Icons era, a terrific series that has apparently come to an end.
This particular video looks like it came to a quick end in order to avoid any TV credits.

Gives me hope that some Hank Mobley footage may surface. NONE currently exists.
Many of the Jazz Icons dvds come from European sources. The Euros, and Japanese, thankfully filmed and archived many shows.

Is there any footage of the classic Dave Brubeck line up from the late 1950s out there?
Love that period of Jazz.

Over the years my business has gotten a fairly good selection of mostly Spain based jazz dvd's. I've had some issues that some are 2 sided PAL/NTSC & some are not stated; some are region free, some are r1, some are r4 & some are not stated. Makes then a bit harder to sell!
