Yep Rock is offering a bonus cd with 3 extra tracks to the frist 500 people who pre-order Shrunken Heads at $19.98 including USA shipping (ouch).
I was having trouble with their web site & emailed them. They wrote back:

"We've had so many loyal Ian Hunter fans hitting our site that it's slowed us down, but you should be able to order now. We've had a good response, but you're still comfortably within the limit to get the bonus disc."

I purchased the set (although $20 for something i won't get for over 45 days is painful!).

just ordered mine, and got the bonus disc, and downloaded the 3 bonus tracks.

I too was able to 'capture' Words (Big Mouth) after streaming it by finding the MP3 in my Temporary internet files (I was using IE 7)

Yep Rock has pushed the bonus disc from the first 500 to the first 1,000.

For those in the UK, I got a pre order email today from Townsend with the same bonus cd:
