Let's do some traveling this week. For our purposes, I'm thinking the Far East comprises Japan, China, Indochina, Korea, and Hong Kong. (Did I miss anyplace?) Cities, geographical features, famous people, cultural touchstones all OK. Bon voyage! Paint It Black--Rolling Stones (used as the theme for TV's China Beach..hey, whose list is it, anyway?) Big In Japan--Alphaville China--Red Rockers Vietnam--Jimmy Cliff Goodnight Saigon--Billy Joel Japanese Tears--Denny Laine/Wings China Girl--David Bowie/Iggy Pop Tokyo--Bruce Cockburn Sushi Girl--Tubes Godzilla--Blue Oyster Cult
